The ultimate gaming showdown returns to Downtown OWA!

April 3rd 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm | April 4th 10:00 am - 6:00 pm

Get ready to level up at Tropic Takeover 5, South Alabama’s premier regional gaming tournament, returning for its fifth year at The Bohemian an Event Venue in Downtown OWA! Compete for a share of the $1,000 pot bonus across Ultimate Singles, Ultimate Doubles, and Squad Strike, plus additional prizes and side events throughout the weekend.

Arrive early for open friendlies, side events, Squad Strike action, Mario Kart, and free pizza! Spectator passes are available for those who want to watch the competition or join in on casual play, and event badges unlock special perks like unlimited arcade play and discounted park tickets nearby at Tropic Falls at OWA.

  • 5:30 pm: Trivia- Earn more prizes
  • 6:00 pm: Rock Paper Scissors Tournament (signups start at 5:30)
