OWA is located at 1501 South OWA Boulevard, Foley, Alabama 36535.

Pronounced like oh-wah, the name is inspired from the Muscogee Creek language to mean “big water.”

OWA is a joint venture with the City of Foley and its Foley Sports Tourism Complex. In 2012, the City approached the Poarch Band of Creek Indians about a partnership to bring an entertainment destination venue to Baldwin County, Alabama. The Tribe is the sole owner and developer of what is now known as OWA. The City of Foley retains ownership of the sports complex. In conjunction with the integration of the sports fields and event center managed by the City of Foley, the Creek Indian Enterprises Development Authority’s (CIEDA) concept for the project is to create a family-friendly retail, dining and entertainment destination for individuals of all ages.

No. Parking is free to guests.

There is no charge to enter the retail and dining amenities in Downtown OWA. The only fee is to enter Tropic Falls if you choose to participate in the attractions.

Yes, Tropic Falls offers same-day re-entry with presentation of tickets.

Tropic Falls currently has 22 theme park rides along with an indoor waterpark.

Yes, an ATM is located inside Tropic Falls.

Children ages three and under may receive a free Pre-K Season Pass or a free Pre-K day admission for Tropic Falls at the admission window.

In addition to existing theme park birthday options, we’ve also added new indoor waterpark birthday options! For more information, reach out to our Group Sales team at [email protected] and a team member will be happy to assist you.

The new Indoor Water Park addition to Tropic Falls will have a quick-service restaurant, Grub, featuring Pineapple Dole Whip and a tropical-themed cocktail bar, Libations, featuring Blay Chair Bay Rum inspired cocktails. Additional dining options include Shady Arbor and Baja Grill, located at the theme park. With the recent opening of the Phase 2 Outdoor Wave Pool, Breakers Bar & Grill is our newest addition.

We’ll be open seven days a week during the summer, and you can always see updated hours online here. Subject to availability.

Upgrades to Combo Tickets are available if you have a theme park only ticket. Please speak with a Guest Services representative about the upgrade during your visit.

If you would like to upgrade your ticket to a Season Pass, please speak with a Guest Services team member during your visit, and we can apply the value of your ticket towards a Season Pass.
