Aloha, Summer! Celebrate Memorial Day all weekend at OWA with live music, activities, and fireworks to kick off summer fun for the whole family!

Celebrate Memorial Day with a weekend-long extravaganza of fun at OWA, from May 24th through the 26th.  Start the weekend on Friday afternoon with a Tuki Meet & Greet, tropical games, a limbo contest, Hula dancers and more all throughout Downtown OWA.  Then enjoy a Dive-In Movie at Big Water Bay featuring Lilo and Stitch at 6:30 pm.

Saturday’s events kick off at 2:00 p.m. with free kid’s crafts, lawn games and live music with OWA Live on the Island, featuring music by the The FreeRadicals at 4:30 p.m. and Diedra & The Ruff Pro Band at 6:30 p.m.  And don’t miss the fireworks show at 8:50 pm, synchronized with patriotic music playing throughout the property!  

The fun continues Sunday with summer activities, carnival games, inflatables and more!  And wrap up the weekend with an Island Movie Night featuring Toy Story 4 starting at 6:30 p.m.

Come early and take advantage of all the fun to be had at OWA this Memorial weekend!  All events are FREE to attend in Downtown OWA.  **Tropic Falls admission ticket or pass is required for the Dive-In movie night along with entrance into Tropic Falls.

Friday, May 24th

• 2-4 p.m. – Tuki Meet & Greet throughout Tropic Falls & Downtown OWA
• 2:30-3 p.m. – Limbo Contest on the Island
• 3-3:30 p.m. – Hula Hoop Contest on the Island
• 2-4 p.m. – Tropical Games on the Island
• 4-5 p.m. – Hula Dancer on the Island Stage
• 5:30-6:30 p.m. – Steel Drum Soloist by Ray Theaux at Island Stage
• 6:30-8 p.m. – Dive-In Movie night featuring Lilo and Stitch at Big Water Bay in Tropic

Saturday, May 25th

• 2-6 p.m. – Giant lawn games on the Island
• 2:30-4:30 p.m. – Kids crafts and activities at Native Treasures Alcove

• All Day – American Flag Memorial Wall in Downtown OWA
