Make your plans for live music, activities, and fireworks for the whole family this Memorial Day weekend!

Come celebrate Memorial Day Weekend at OWA Parks & Resort! We’re honoring our nation’s heroes and kicking off summer with three days of star-spangled fun, family-friendly activities, and exciting entertainment.

Starting Friday, May 23, guests can enjoy a bubble truck party, patriotic kids activities including a historical scavenger hunt, lawn games, and more. Coca-Cola will also be on site for a special Share a Coke activation—get a personalized Coke while supplies last! Uncle Sam will also be roaming Downtown for memorable photo ops!

On Saturday, enjoy patriotic kids crafts, the Star Spangled Acrobatic Show by Luminary Entertainment, and live music on the Island Stage featuring Howling Grace and Edgewood Heavy. The evening ends with a patriotic fireworks show at 8:50 Ppm!

Wrap up the weekend on Sunday with a Boat Making Contest, more games and inflatables, and a special Dive-In Movie Night* at Tropic Falls’ Big Water Bay featuring Stuart Little—float in the wave pool while you watch!

Whether you’re from around the corner or just in town for the weekend, OWA is the place to be for Memorial Day fun, family memories, and summer vibes.

- 2-5 pm – Bubble Truck in Downtown OWA
- 2-until – Share a Coke! Grab your personalized Coke can at the Splashpad while supplies last.
- 2-8 pm – Free Kids activities throughout Downtown OWA
- 2-8 pm – Uncle Sam Meet & Greet photo ops in Downtown OWA

Saturday, May 24

- 2-3:30 pm – Luminary Entertainment Star Spangled Show at the Native Treasures Alcove.
- 2-4:30 pm – Free Kids Crafts in Downtown OWA.
- 3-4:30 pm – Live Music from The BIG Reveal on OWA Island
- 5-6:30 pm – Live Music from Howling Grace Band on OWA Island
- 7-8:50 pm – Live Music from Edgewood Heavy on OWA Island
- 8:50-9 pm – Fireworks viewable throughout the property

Sunday, May 25

- 2-5 pm – Free Kids Activities at the Downtown OWA
- 2-6 pm – Lawn Games on the Island
- 2-6 pm – 40ft Patriot Challenge Obstacle Course at the Native Treasures Alcove
- 5pm-until – Dive-in Movie night* at Big Water Bay. Guests can enjoy Stuart Little (1999 | PG).
