Nontransferable, this ticket must be used by the same person.  May not be resold, bartered, nor exchanged for goods, services or benefits.  Revocable and nonrefundable.

The Park at OWA LLC, and it’s affiliates (doing business as Tropic Falls) are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets or property.  This ticket is only valid for the times/dates shown.  The park, it’s attractions and other venues may change operating hours; may close due to refurbishing, capacity, weather or special events; and may otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and without liability.  This ticket is not valid for special events, or any other activities which are separately priced.  Ticket user must obey all safety signs, instructions and rules.  Rides are subject to availability, height, weight, and safety restrictions.  Violation of any park rules may result in expulsion without refund.  Entry constitutes consent for Tropic Falls to film, photograph and use the likeness of the ticket user for any purpose, without payment to user.  The Park at OWA LLC and its affiliates assume no responsibility or liability for accident or loss to any person in connection with the use or condition of the facilities, rides or the park.  It is agreed among Park at OWA LLC, its affiliates and Ticket Users that all claims for injury or loss arising at Tropic Falls shall be litigated in the state and country where the injury occurred.  NOT FOR RESALE.
