THEME PARK

OWA has a 14-acre theme park with 21 rides, including a major roller coaster, with plenty of kiddie and teen rides as well. The Park at OWA will open in summer 2017. There also will be concessions and other entertainment inside the theme park.

RETAIL

This area of Baldwin County is a proven retail and tourism success. That makes for a huge opportunity for your business at OWA. Having your store or restaurant at this resort could mean a whole new set of customers who have yet to experience your brand.

LODGING

Two national brands with the first, TownePlace Suites by Marriott, opening in summer 2017. This is a 150-room hotel with meeting space and plenty of free parking. Both hotels are inside the OWA resort, which makes everything easily accessible.

ENTERTAINMENT

The center point of OWA is an island, surrounded by a 14-acre lake. Guests can catch a show at the amphitheater, take a boat ride out on the lake or explore the Warehouse and Downtown districts. The variety of family fun has many levels at OWA.

DINING

Everyone loves to eat! Whatever your mood, you can find it here. OWA will have 44,000 sf open in summer 2017, and 110,000 sf will open in spring 2018. OWA is recruiting national, regional and local businesses that are not currently available in this market.

SPORTS

Adjacent to OWA is the Foley Sports Tourism Complex, which boasts of 16 world-class multi-use sports fields. The City of Foley also operates an indoor events center on the property, which opens this summer. That facility will also host sports, such as volleyball.
