Father’s Day Weekend

Head to OWA June 17 & 18 to celebrate Dad with fun activities, caricature artists, Dive In Movies and more! Grab lunch at one of OWA’s finest restaurants before heading into Downtown for some FREE activities including Ugly Tie Decorating, Lawn Games, Inflatable Axe Throwing, and Water Balloon Wars! There will also be a caricature artist at the Downtown OWA Splash Pad from 4-8pm each day, so you can bring home a complimentary caricature drawing.
PLUS, there will be a Dive In Movie on Saturday beginning at 6pm at Big Water Bay inside Tropic Falls featuring Shrek (2001).
*Tropic Falls General Admission is required for this activity.
Schedule of events
- 12-4pm – Ugly Tie Activity – Located outside Sweet Tooth
- Children will be given a blank white tie to decorate as ugly as they want. Fathers are encouraged to wear their tie around property for the remainder of the day.
- 2-6pm – Lawn Games – OWA Island
- Cornhole, Giant Connect 4, Yard Pong, Ladder Ball, Jumbo Checkers, Giant Jenga, Table Tennis
- 4-8pm – Caricature Artist – Downtown OWA Splashpad
- Free for families
- 6-7:30pm – Dive In Movie – Tropic Falls
- Tropic Falls General Admission is required.

- 2-6pm – Water Balloon Wars – Near Native Treasures
- Team man their battle stations with buckets of water and water balloons and compete to soak their opponent using a water balloon launcher. Available while supplies last.
- 4-8pm – Caricature Artist – Downtown OWA Splashpad
